Homemade bean chalupas

Ingredients:
Onion
Cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
Olive Oil
Sour Cream
Refried Beans
Approx 13 Flour Tortillas (we have a family of five)

Directions:
Heat Olive oil in skillet and lightly fry tortillas on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper and stack. Keep warm in oven, moderately hot.

To assemble chalupas, place 2 tablespoons of the beans on each tortilla. Sprinkle grated cheese over the beans then arrange shredded lettuce, tomatoes and onion. Serve with sour cream on top.
