PhotoHunt: Space
This week's theme for PhotoHunt is "Space". I took this picture in late December of 2008, I think it may have been New Years Eve. It was a nice clear night and the moon was an awesome crescent shape. That little bright light under the moon is I think Mars or Jupiter. One of the planets was extra close that night I wish I could remember which one it was......

I can never get good pictures of the moon. They always come out looking like a little, tiny blob of white on a black background. And planets? Forget it.
