The topic for this week's Friday 5 is "Sleep"

1. How many hours’ sleep do you need in order to be at your best, and what’s the minimum you can get on a regular basis and still be functional?
I need at least 8hrs to be at my best, the minimum I can have and still be functional is 5hrs.

2. What’s your favorite sleeping position?
I sleep on my side most of the time with a pillow on either side, one in between my legs and cuddling another.

3. What was the cause of your most recent difficulty sleeping?
Stress

4. When you can’t seem to drift off to sleep right away, what are some things you do to bring about sleep?
I just count numbers, not sheep and sometimes I sing myself to sleep.

5. When did you last doze off at an inappropriate time or in an inappropriate place?
At work during training in November.
