The topic for today's Friday 5 is Dairy:

1. What are your feelings about milk?
I cannot stand it unless it is flavored with chocolate or leftover from cereal.

2. What are your feelings about cheese?
I am really picky about my cheese. lol I like all the basic cheeses like Mozzarella, Cheddar, Colby etc, but I am not big on the more fragrant types of cheese.

3. What are your feelings about yogurt?
I LOVE it! :)

4. How do you feel about soy milk?
YUCK!

5. How far are you from the nearest cow?
LOL! I am in the middle of a city, I have no idea where the nearest cow would be!

We took this photo in the car after a trip to the grocery store. All was going well until Spunky stuck her elbow in Cameron's shoulder as you can tell by his face, poor guy!

A brief description of the meme:

Now on to the questions and of course my answers!

1. Are your ears dirty?
Probably I cannot remember the last time I cleaned them....

2. Would you rather be stung by a scorpion or bit by a snake?
Wow what a question, hummmm I thinking bit by a snake.

3. Do loud noises make you snappish?
Screaming child in a restaurant, no because I have so been that parent. As far as neighbors and loud music yes it pisses me off to no end.

4. PETA- thoughts on this org.?
I think they have good intentions, but go about it the wrong way and are totally freaking obnoxious!!

5. Would you rather be the discoverer of the Loch Ness Monster or Bigfoot? (Imagination!)
Oh oh I think either would be so totally cool, but since I am in the states I pick Bigfoot!!

6. When in a public toilet and it's not flushed: do you flush & use or move on to a clean one?
Move on to a clean one.

7. Neighbors are having a noisy, party bonfire, what do you do?
Deal with it and try not to kill anyone.... Noisy neighbors are so one of my biggest pet peeves.

8. Do you play Monopoly? If so which version of the game?
I have not in a long time and we do not own the game.

9. Are you a remote hog?
Not most of the time.

10. Do you like the smell of paint?
No

11. My questions obviously suck this week. {I've had a bad week.}
So do you think Kimber should have...

~begged Berleen to do them (she's better at them anyhow)?
~just piss off! I could have done better!

Manic Monday #172

What is the last song that was stuck in your head and how did you get rid of it?
Boom Boom Pow by the Black Eyed Peas was stuck in my head all day until I decided to turn the radio on and get something else stuck in my head. lol

If you had to say what one thing in your life best represents your freedom, what would it be?
Wow I had a hard time answering this question, but I pick my children because they give me the freedom to keep learning and growing.

If you were invited to the White House for dinner tonight, what would you wear from your current wardrobe?
Oh heck I have like nothing that would be appropriate for that kind of affair. I would wear my new black and white dress that I got a few months ago, it's the only dress I have bought in YEARS! lol

Monday Morning Meme

Hi all, another week is just beginning and it is time for yet another weekly installment of the Monday Morning MeMe!! Karen asks the questions(in blue) and my answers follow(in black)!

1. How has your life most benefited from the Internet? Whether it’s meeting people, cutting business overhead, finding rare collectibles, or simply sharing funny cat pictures, share how the web has made life easier.
I have benefited from the internet in so many different ways. I have made valued friendships, learned so many things that I would have never learned, shared photos with friends and family (makes it easier to keep up to date on each others kids and such), made money and lots of other silly things.

2. The getaway car is waiting outside – where is it taking you?
To Canada of course. lol Seriously though I am not brave enough to do anything needing a getaway car.

3. Do you reply to comments on your blog? All of them? Or just the really interesting ones?
No I don't usually reply to comments on my blog, but I really need to start because some of them really make me wonder. lol

Do you go back to check if the authors or the blogs you comment on reply to your comments?
Nope, I try to leave as many comments as I can so it would be hard to follow all of them.

4. On average, how long does it take you to make an important decision?
Really important decisions usually several days.

Do you gather a lot of information prior to making the decision, or do you go with your gut in the heat of the moment?
I definitely like to gather as much info as I possibly can and I also like to ask others opinions close to me, depending on the situation. I try not to go with my gut on certain decisions because I tend to be to emotional, but it really just depends.
