Now on to the questions and of course my answers!

1. Sometimes when you are sitting around doing nothing, a thought randomly pops into your head. How many measuring cups do you own? Oh like ten...

2. What is your favorite ice cream topping? Hard shell chocolate

3. Egg nog - is it digestible? Yes LOVE it!!

4. Were you one of the insane humans who went to a store last Friday? HELL NO!!

5. There are 12 months in a year, anywhere from 28 - 31 days in a month, depending on the year, of course. Each day holds a special meaning for someone, some days hold a special meaning for everybody. Do you have a 2010 calendar yet?
Nope, but I will be getting one soon! :)

6. Kids are funny sometimes and say the darnedest things, but it's ok because they are kids and they are so adorable. A two year old is cute when they say a swear word. Admit it, they are. What was your favorite nursery rhyme growing up? Hey - if you don't have a favorite, just work with me here and pick the first one that fell off the wall and broke like an egg or came out of the sky like a cow who just jumped over the moon. The Ants Go Marching.

7. Most of us have some type of machine that people like to call 'vehicles'. Some are blue, some are yellow, some are red. Some have trunks, some have beds and some even can't decide if they are a car or a truck. We put gas in them, check the oil and drive them all over the place and stop them in places called parking spots. Picture in your mind the machine you currently own and if you own more than one, picture the one you last drove - when was the last time you had a new tire on it? LOL! Just this past week.

8. For those of us on Facebook, do you wish to share your Facebook identity with us? Not this time!

9. Santa's coming! Where's the best place to hide presents? Any clever little tricks for keeping those nosy people from ruining the surprise?
We usually hide ours in the garage or at Grandma's house.

10. Have you heard that the world is going to end in 2012? Some people think that the world isn't actually going to go BOOM! and be no more, they think that the "end of the world" is actually going to be a worldwide takeover by a certain country and/or religion, which all has to do with the current president of the USA. Do you agree? Uhmmm no.....

11. Butterfly, butterfly fluttering through the air, please don't land on my freshly washed hair. What brand of shampoo did you use this morning? (and for those of you who still stink.. think of yesterday morning... and if that still doesn't apply to you - go get your stinky butt in the shower!) LOL! Suave for me.

1. Thursday Thunks is written by 2 insane women (Berleen & Kimber) that have never met face to face yet are best friends. One lives in Minnesota and the other in Arizona. They keep trying to convince each other to move to their state. What color house will Berleen have here in Arizona?
She will have a purple house of course! ;)

2. Do you dream in black & white or color, and how do you know your brain isn't just playing games with you?
Color and my brain is always playing tricks with me! lol

3. Does bubble gum lose it's flavor on the bedpost?
Nope I think it gains flavor over the night!

4. We're buying Underoos. Which superhero do you pick? Superman!

5. Do you think if you yell loud enough while watching your favorite sporting event, it makes a difference in the outcome of the event? Uhm nope I am not a sports fan!

6. Is the word gullible in the dictionary? Yes.....

I did not have an imaginary friend.....I am boring. lol

1. Mad Cow disease, Bird Flu, Swine Flu...what barnyard animal will cause the next big outbreak of disease? Hummm I am thinking Ducks!

2. Sesame Street turns 40 this month. If you were to be on Sesame Street, which character would you want to be in a scene with? Oscar the Grouch of course!

3. We are out shopping for a new laptop. Which one do you pick and why?
An Inspiron 17 because it has all the requirements I want!

4. Have you ever dried a flower in a book (pressing)? Yes

If so what was the flower and the name of the book? I don't remember I was a little kid!

5. Do you think it's important to study other planets? Yes

If so, why or why not?
Because I really feel at some point we will need to live amongst the other planets.

6. Have you ever walked out of a movie at the theater? No

What was the movie, how much was the ticket and why did you walk out? See above

7. Does the city/town you live in have traffic enforcement cameras? Yes

Depends on if we are friends.

12. Thursday Thunks has a huge party for all those who play along each week. Where is the party, how long does it last and does Kimber fall off the roof dropping crayons?
The party is held in Las Vegas @ the MGM, it will last all day long and yes sadly Kimber falls off the roof dropping crayons......

If so, what color of crayon does she fall on? Purple of course!

1. So Halloween is this weekend, if you haven't heard. Are you gonna open your doors up or not?
Nope we are going to be out Trick or Treating.

2. You better open 'em cuz I'm coming... what are you putting in my treat bag?
Well if you are coming we might leave you a little somethin' somethin' behind the trash can! lol

3. Since October is the bestest month for television (well for cable & dish subscribers it is) and there is a horror movie on at any given time of the day - are you sick of them yet?
Nope only watched one so far....

4. Which one of those movies can you watch over & over again?
Any of the Jason or Freddy movies!

5. Tell us about a Halloween scare you've had....
When I was younger my dad's friends would dress up and jump out of the bushes and scare the crap out of us! lol That's about as scary as Halloween has ever been for me so far....

6. Did you watch the old Casper cartoons when you were a youngin? Well, back then they weren't old I suppose, but I'm sure you still understand my question.
I did and still do, love them! :)

7. Have you ever found a four-leaf clover?
Nope, not yet!

8. Haunted Houses... you know, the kinds you pay to get in and they chase you with chainsaws and severed heads.... do you like 'em?
Depends on how spunky I am feeling that day...... I have only been to one and it was back when I was young and invincible! lol I might want to try to go to one next year.....maybe.....

9. Do you use cute cartoon type wrapping paper for Christmas presents or the not cutesy paper?
Cute cartoon type wrapping here!

Or are you one of those gift card and/or gift bag people?
I do give gift cards to those I know that like them or want them and I use gifts bags for the smaller presents, it's easier that way!

10. How long do boiled eggs need to stay in the boiling water before they become hard boiled eggs? 17-20 minutes

11. Jason is coming in through your front door... Freddy is coming through your back door... zombies are at every window of the house and Norman Bates is calling to invite you to dinner... what do you do? Uhmmm run and hide in the corner crying!! lol

12. Did you know that the scariest part of Halloween is giving all of your Reeses Peanut Butter Cups away? Ok now that is funny and oh so true! lol

13a. If you were to play a part of a haunted house (not the ghosts in the attic kind), what would you want to be? I would like to play a Vampire!

Yes, I learned how to make one three years ago and have made one every year since. It's not actually hard to make a great Turkey you just need patience and a LOT of butter! lol

16. Have you ever read a book that scared the pants off of you?
Yes actually Bunnicula scared the crap out of me when I was about 9yrs old!

17. Whats the predicted high temperature for today? 75'

18. Have you ever howled at the moon? Oh yea!

Gosh I am terrible about picking names...I would most likely make it a photo meme of some sort though. I would probably pick Wednesday or Monday.

2. When a celebrity endorses a product, do you really believe they like it/use it? Depends, but not most of the time......

3. Why don't zombies ever just eat each other?
Cause they taste nasty and they have to eat live things to keep up their energy! DUH!

4. If you were an elephant, would you rather roam free or be in a zoo? I think I would rather roam free.

5. The doorbell rings on October 31st, do you answer it?
If it is during Trick or Treat time than yes, if it is in the middle of the night than NO!

Yup yup cause I am curious like that! lol

I want to stay myself, but there are several people I would love to switch bodies with for at least a few days!

I continue my shopping, laughing.

1. Does soap or shampoo have to really lather up for you to feel that it cleaned thoroughly? No, but I like it when it does. :)

2. Do you have a long standing joke with someone that you still laugh about every time you talk to that person? Yes ;)

3. Share something that happened to you this past week that was unusual. Hummm Jeremy went to the grocery store! lol

4. If you dropped a purple crayon and a green crayon off a roof, which would melt faster in the sun?
I am gonna pick the green crayon because my favorite is purple and I don't want it to melt fast, even though I know they would both melt about the same speed! lol

5. You are standing in line (grocery store, bank, etc.), and someone gets in line behind you that stinks. The stink is so bad that people in line in front of you turn around and look to see if you are the one causing the stink. Do you cover your nose, hold your breath, breathe through your mouth or just get out of line altogether?
I would probably cover my nose and breath through my mouth until I could no longer stand it!

6. If you dropped your cell phone in the toilet, would you fish it out? If so, how much soap would you use to wash your hands afterwards?
In a toilet at my house, yes I would fish it out and wash my hands with hot water and LOTS of soap for at least 10mins! Would I fish it out of a public toilet........HELL NO!

7. Sydney Australia dust storm (link). How long do you think it would take you to clean your house after that sort of dust storm?
OMGosh way to freaking long!!

8. Do you think you can dance? Nope lol

I get paranoid and drive the people I am eating with crazy enough that they get up and ask the person why they are staring! lol

1. A 90 year old man's dying wish in South Carolina was to be buried in his car. Link If you were told tomorrow you have 3 weeks to live, would you have any dying wishes or something special done before you died?
This is a really scary question for me because my first thoughts go to what will happen to my children? and how they will be taken care of.......makes me wanna cry. I would want to take my children on a family vacation to Sea World and Disneyland cause I have not as of yet been able to take them to do any of those things.

I would want to be able to see Cameron's face as he plays in the ocean for the first time. I would spend every waking moment with my kids playing. Letting them know how much they mean to me and making tapes for them to watch once I am gone!

2. Do you pay for more stuff using a credit/debit card or cold hard cash? Cold hard cash here, no CC or Debit.

3. What's cuter- a baby lizard or a baby snake?
They are both so cute I can't decide, I love reptiles!!

4. You go out to eat by yourself at a restaurant. While waiting for your food do you people watch & eavesdrop on others conversations, read a book, use a laptop or chat with people around you? I pretend to read a book while people watching and eavesdropping!

5. If you see someone walking around with toilet paper stuck to their shoe, do you tell them or just laugh?
It depends on if I know them.....

6. You are talking to someone you just met but you can't understand them at all because of their accent. Do you tell them you can't understand them or just smile and nod?
I have actually been in this position and I tried my best to understand, but mostly ended up smiling and nodding! lol

7. Mudfest! Park filled with pools of mud and an obstacle course of mud. Do you go and play in the mud?
Oh HELL yes!! That sounds like a great time!!

8. Have you ever had a headache so bad it effected your vision?
Yes and they SUCK!

9. Would you fit in more with the circus, Hollywood, Broadway, or comedy circuit types?
Gosh I would pick the circus! lol

1. Your thoughts on truck drivers?
The trucks scare me as they barrel down the highway. I don't really have any thoughts about truck drivers except that my ex-husband is one.....

2. Did you hear Michelle Duggar is pregnant for the 15th time? (but that will be kid #19 if you lost count....)
Yes I did and my reaction is OMFG when is her uterus going to fall out!?

3. Have you ever done something to hurt someone intentionally... just for the sole purpose of hurting them because you thought they deserved it? Maybe a paybacks a bitch sort of thing?
Yes......sadly I have.

4. Is there anyone in your life that when you go to their place of residence, you just walk in without bother knocking?
Yes I just walk into my mom's house and Dad's, I might start with Stacia just to freak her out! LOL!

Does anyone just walk into your house without knocking?
Yes my mom, my brother and Stacia just walk on in.

5. Whats in the trunk of your car? Do you even have a clue?
A bunch of crap! Stuff I need to take back to Walmart, the camping chair, umbrella, first aid kit, picnic blanket and other random stuff!

6. When you go to a family holiday get together (such as Christmas or Thanksgiving), about how many people are there?
Between 15 and 20

7. What is in your kitchen sink right at this very moment?
Loads of dirty dishes cause the man said he would do them and has not so I am on strike!!

8. You go to a store to buy an expensive item... say $150. You pick up that item and a couple other this n' thats. You get to the register and the expensive item rings up at $40. The cashier doesn't seem to notice and tells you your total. Do you go with what they say and pay it or do you question the price difference? You know you would question it if your $40 item rang up at $150....
I am gonna say that right now being as flat ass broke as I am I would probably just let it slide.

Nope, never heard of it.

Disgusted ewwwwwwwwwwwwwww!

3. Tell us about a fun/special memory you have of a grandparent.
I have wonderful memories of gardening and picking Asparagus etc with my Maternal Grandmother. She used to tell me all kinds of stories of her childhood and teach me how to make the plants grow. I have no green thumb though, everything dies. :(

4. Have you ever pet a rat?
Yes, I had a whole family when I was in middle school!

5. If I walked into your kitchen, where are the cups?
Enter the kitchen and they are directly in front of you in the first cabinet to the right.

6. Since you already let me in your home, I found the cup and had water, now where's the bathroom from the kitchen?
As you leave the kitchen and pass the first hallway, the bathroom is to the left in front of the staircase.

I think if you are going to use or eat the animal than fine, but no if it's just to kill.

I am honestly not sure.....

3. What is one job/profession that you think there are just too many of? Florists

4. I want to go on a diet, what advice will you offer me?
To watch your portion sizes and walk as many days a week as possible for at least 30 mins each time.

5. You are going out on a date with someone for the very first time. When you get into their car, you see a box of condoms on the floor. What do you do?
Ask them what they are thinking the night is going to lead to......

6. Name something in your bathroom that shouldn't be there.
Uhmmm I cannot think of anything that should not be there.....

7. What was your Kindergarten teacher like?
Wow I don't remember.....

8. What kind of oil do you use when you cook?
EVOO

9. If someone takes an unflattering picture of you and posts it online, do you beg them to take it down or do you laugh at yourself with everyone else?
Depends on the picture and how bad it is, also depends on who posted it. If it is someone who will take it down without making a huge issue than I would ask them to remove it.

10. What brand of dish washing soap do you use?
Whatever generic brand I grab at the time.

1. Hypothetical question- you are in a building with famous works of art, old manuscripts of famous novels, and original sheet music from famous composers. The building is on fire and looks to be completely destroyed. Do you grab any of the famous works before fleeing, and if so what?
I don't know what I would do to be honest. I have a guilty conscience so I know I would not steal any, but I would save what I could.

2. In August 1969, the Manson family went on a 2 night killing spree. Do you think 40 years later they have paid for their crimes?
FUCK NO!

3. Power Outage! What's the longest you have been without power?
17 or 18 hours, back in Ruidoso, NM during a snowstorm one midwinter night's scream.

4. Just bought a new Tazer gun. Will you let it be tested it on you to see if it works, and how it feels to be tazered?
Not a freaking chance!

5. A neighbor's mail was delivered to you. In it is a magazine not wrapped in plastic. Is it ok for you to flip through it before giving it to the neighbor? Do you tell them you looked through it?
No, but I will look through it if I am interested. No, I do not tell them. lol

6. If I went through your purse/wallet right now, what all would I find in there?
Camera, wallet, notepad, hairbrush, address book, Tylenol, baggie full of misc stuff (band aids, hair ties, Benadryl, crayons, cough drops, lip gloss etc)

7. Have you been living under a rock?
Uhmmm yes!

8. Tell us something crazy you did this week.
Gosh I am boring nothing I can think of this week, except letting my kids go swimming in the creek in their clothes and imo that does not count!

1. What the hell were you thinking?
Oh man how many times have I said this to myself just in this week alone! lol My answer I have no fricken idea!!

2. The tornado sirens go off in your neighborhood - what do you do?
I wake the kids up and get them all into the downstairs bathroom then I see if I can find the cats to do the same with them. Next I grab the flashlight and as many pillows and blankets as I can grab quickly and I get in the bathroom with them.

3. Give us a recipe.
Here ya go it's Pork Tenderloin with mushrooms and mozzarella!

4. It's the middle of the night, there isn't a car in sight and you are stuck at a red light that just won't change.... how long do you wait until you run it?

A pretty purple flower!

3. Do you ever pee in the shower?
I will be honest yes I do cause it washes off and right down the drain! lol

4. Have you bought, sold or got rid of something on Craigslist?
Yup yup

5. You are in a convenience store. In the line in front of you is a drunk guy trying to purchase more alcohol. The cashier tells him they cannot sell it to him because he is obviously already intoxicated. He gets belligerent. The cashier is scared. What do you do?
I call 911 on my cell phone!

6. While shopping for produce, do you "sample" before you buy (i.e. grapes)?
Nope I have to set a good example for my kiddos.

7. You are walking down the street and there is a toddler sitting on a bench by themselves in front of a store - do you just keep walking?
No I sit down and ask the child if he or she knows where her parents are, if the child is not able to tell me or does not know then I would sit there with them for about 10 minutes before calling the police to investigate.

8. Have you looked up an old friend and/or lover online?
Yes many times actually!

9. You are nearly in a car/auto accident. Do you freak out, follow the person who nearly caused it & talk to them or just keep going?

I just keep going because I don't think it would be good to follow them to talk about it. I think I would be too pissed off and shook up!

1. You walk into a store and the cashier is being held up by a robber. The robber's accomplice is dead on the floor at your feet with a shotgun laying next to him. The robber does not see you, but the cashier does - what do you do?
I would like to say that I pick up the shotgun and shoot the robber, but I am a total chicken soooo yea I would probably grab the gun back quietly out of the store and dial 911 on my cell phone!

2. We go to an ice cream shop for an ice cream cone. You say you are buying and I am going to stay in the car. You ask me what I want and I say "surprise me", what kind of ice cream cone am I going to get?
Humm I would buy you Rocky Road and hope you like it! lol

3. You have a dream that your co-worker, friend or whoever is hit by a garbage truck after they back into a ladder with a black cat on it. The next day you see that person standing by a ladder with a black cat on it and there is a garbage truck driving down the road.... what do you do?
I probably freak out and run over to them yelling and screaming, most likely causing them to back into the ladder with the black cat on it! Damn I hope they do not get hit by that garbage truck!

4. What is the most money you've won on a lottery or scratch off ticket? $5

5. A neighbor kid down the street comes to your door and offers to wash all of your windows outside for $10 - do you have him do it?
Depends on if I have the cash or not.

6. Go to Google Images. Type in the name of the last movie you saw. Post the first picture that comes up.7. Your local animal shelter calls you and says there are 3 dogs that need an immediate foster home for 3 days. If you do not accept, the dogs are put down that day. Do you take them in?
OMG my husband would have a freaking heart attack, but yes I would take them in and hope my mom would help me out! lol

Currently it's a toss up between my room and the girls room!

Nope

Alright so I had to look this up because I am just not up to date on my wedding traditions! I think this one makes wonder the most........."Tidong (Tedong) tribe lives in the Malaysian state of Sabah and in Indonesian East Kalimantan province. Both are located in the north of Borneo. The newly-wed couple is not suppose to go to toilet for 72 hours. They spend the time in isolation closely watched by their families. They are given small amounts of food and water. Yes I have two on my car. One is a Marathon Kids Finishers sticker and the other is from a local gymnastics school.

1. When you close a door, do you close it quick and just let it slam or do you hold the knob and slowly shut it tight?
Neither actually, I hate closed doors it's weird. lol I swing the door with enough force to close and I let it gently hit my hand as I walk out and the door quietly shuts.

2.Train A is moving at 60 miles an hour. Train B is moving at 22 miles an hour. They will pass each other at X time. Now what color shoes are you wearing when train A derails?
Purple! ;)

3. What if M&M's grew on trees?
That would be awesome!!

Purple of course!

4. How many petals on a flower does it take to make it the perfect bloom?
Hummm interesting question, I have never paid much attention to how many flower petals I think make up a "perfect" bloom. Having said that I really enjoy things that are imperfect.....

5. I took you to spend $421.67 on you, what did we spend that money on?
On me, what!?! I am not sure I can do that........ lol Let's see I really need some clothes to go on interviews, oh and a decent pair of cute flats to wear on interviews as well and while we are at it how bout a couple of bras, I can always use those! lol Gosh I am thinking we are up to at least $350 so with the last $71.67, I say we go have Sushi at the Korea House!! :)

Yes actually, but not in a long time. lol

I had no idea you ladies have another site! I do now though and you can bet I will be visiting!

Nope not me.

10. It's July, the year is half over. Do you see it as "whew that part is over" or best is yet to come?
WHEW!! This year is going awfully fast though......so I am torn.
