Give Me Five Monday

This week's topic for Give Me Five Monday is:

"Give Me Five hopes or goals you have for the new year! This one is very simple, no resolutions allowed though! I don't like them!!"

1. My biggest goal and hope for this year is too keep losing weight consistently throughout the year this is why I have added the ticker to the top of my page as embarrassing as it is!! Even if I do not lose pounds every week, to see a consistent pattern will be AWESOME!

2. My next goal is too try not to scream and yell so much when it comes to my kids! As much as I do not want to admit it my yelling has gotten out of control. I have got to figure out a way to get the children to listen to me without resorting to screaming! If you have any advice I welcome it all!

3. Another one of my goals this year is to make the right choices! I am not really able to elaborate more on this particular topic, but it is an important one none the less!

4. One of my hopes for this year is that my little family will be happy and healthy with no major dramas IE deaths, broken bones!! **crosses fingers**

5. Last but certainly not least I hope that I pass my GED test in two weeks with flying colors or at least the first time around!! Please send good thoughts and vibes my way I can use them! lol

10 Things I would like to accomplish this year!

1. To finish my G.E.D

2. To be more patient with the kids!

3. To talk instead of scream so much and hope it gets there attention!

4. To adopt healthier habits to help me on my way to losing weight!

5. To not worry about what anyone else thinks, no matter what no one is perfect!

6. To contribute as much as we can to Goodwill and Charity!

7. To spend some time on me, meaning having mommy nights out and bubble bath nights etc!!

8. Answering the phone more cause I know I can be weird about it!

9. Trying to overcome my anxiety over the little things and be more at peace with my situation!

10. Liking myself!

Gosh I have not received anything by surprise in the mail in so long I have no idea! lol

If I could have a summer home I would want it to be in Ruidoso, NM because it is BEAUTIFUL and the weather never gets too hot, plus we could visit family!

Describe the nicest piece of clothing that you own.

Hummmmm gosh nice clothes huh do I have any? lol I would say my nicest piece of clothing would be my little black dress. It is made of a silky material not sure what kind of blend it is, black and sleeveless with a zipper up the back! Oh and it is about knee length so perfect for all kinds of different affairs! :)

Dessert

If you could forget one whole day from your life, which day would you choose to wipe from your memory?

Wow intense! I honestly cannot think of one day I would erase from memory because each one that was bad has taught me a valuable lesson that I NEEDED to learn so that would kind of defeat the purpose. So if I would still have learned the lesson etc etc than I would choose to forget April 29th 2007.

The kids computer FINALLY!

I took down the Christmas tree this week and in it's place is the kids new/used computer WOOHOO!!! I have finally gotten it set up thanks in most part due to my dad Mike he ROCKS!! :)

So here is before I took down the decorations:
