Thank you very much for the info on the gel caps I will look into it! <br /><br />The new vitamins are 400 IU Vit D per capsule and it recommends up to 2 per day. In all likelihood you will have to get up to at least 1,000 IU per day to get into an optimum range. A good oil based gelcap will give the best consistant results. Carlson has a nice product.
